Every day, Brix will offer a minimum of 18 different wines available by the glass that are served at their optimum temperatures. These wines by the glass will fit every level of wine connoisseur whether they are looking to begin their adventure into the world of wine, or if they love that fine glass of high end Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. If one of these selections is not the wine you are looking for, you can feel free to grab a bottle off of the wall and enjoy without those pesky corkage fees.
To compliment your bottle of wine, Brix offers a selection of cheeses and salamis from Boar's Head! Chef Nancy then adds her "goodies" to go with the cheese...this usually includes a selection of apricots, nuts, olives, lavash and even some chocolate covered raisins to tempt your palate! Brix spares no expense to bring you only the finest ingredients for their cheese plates, to go with their Boar's Head selections they have chosen to bring in only Simply Bread lavash products which are made from all natural and organic ingredients.
Then if these tasty cheese plates weren't enough, Brix has gone one step further to offer a full selection of pizzas, sandwiches and salads from the fine folks at the famous Bad Donkey restaurant right here in town! Not only that, you will even find an exclusive menu of "Brix Classics" that Bad Donkey created just for you while you enjoy your wine at Brix!

As all of our guests know, or quickly find out upon walking in, we are a very relaxed wine bar. Our entire concept is to really take the pretense out of wine and to give you a warm and comfy place to enjoy the good stuff. With that same mentality in mind, we welcome you to bring your favorite take out with you or order a pizza while you're at our bar...all we ask is to enjoy our wine while you're at it! The beauty of this relaxed concept is that you can enjoy a night out, a dinner out, and remarkably only pay retail prices for your wine (instead of the upcharged restaurant or bar prices for the same wine). And as we all know from ever going out to dinner with a good wine list, that's a pretty big deal. Retail pricing on wine is often 1/3 of restaurant pricing, but you have to take it home and drink it. Brix offers those lower prices to you while you're out and still offers a wide variety of foods to choose from! Plus at Brix you'll get a much larger wine selection than most restaurants (and all the wine bars in town), as we carry about 500 selections ranging anywhere from $13 to $450.
